Just beginning your journey, still needing support with understanding who you are and why you operate the way you and others do? This 3month container is for you. You will learn tools for inner resources to navigate your way into your own purpose and knowing. To connect you with your mind, body, heart and soul vessel. This is a base level training that will activate and ignite your passion to keep discovering yourself and others in relationship to you, creating more ease in your life and understanding yourself and others on a deeper level.

For those who have a spiritual awareness and want to explore deeper, learn how to hone and strengthen your intuition and create ceremony. Or maybe you are curious to see what it’s all about and how it aligns with you but not sure how far you want to take your journey with us. This container will give you a taste of discovering your deeper self and ignite and activate your heart centre, your passion for change and open pathways forwards. There are options for 1:1 session’s if you are unable to commit to the 3mth container.

What is included in this container;

• Weekly 1:1 face to face (preferable) or online sessions
• Access to all of my offerings;
• 3 x Sounds Medicine Sessions a week
• Freestyle Kung Fu sessions – days and dates to be announced in the near future
• Ancestral Healing – 3 x monthly circles
• 3 x Circles with other container participants for connection, sharing and group meditation
